Training

The Kercher Group provides initial and ongoing asset management software training to agencies for the software solution selected. A Training Plan will be developed detailing the training requirements including any train-the-trainer requirements, end-user training requirements, schedule, agency staff needs, and detailed software and hardware needs. With resources who have been at all levels and on all sides of software implementations, a great deal of experience can be offered in this and the general area of change management.
